Job Role: -
Provide technical support for end users and resolve hardware, software, network and systems issues in a timely manner.
Manage, troubleshoot, and repair computers, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, CCTV, and other IT-related hardware.
Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning and lubrication of IT systems as needed.
Must be able to handle networking protocols including Internet Protocol, Microsoft protocol etc., firewall, switch configuration, PC format with reinstallation of system software with back up as per client requirement.
Handle printer and toner refilling and resolve printing issues as they arise.
Oversee LAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, modems, and firewalls And Manage IP schema and and configuration related to Firewall, Switches, Modems, and Routers and allied all LAN equipment
Perform network traffic monitoring, speed checks, and issue resolution.
Update network hardware and software regularly and implement firewall policies as per client requirements.
Ensure safety measures are strictly followed while executing any work, both for staff and equipment.
Establish and maintain communication channels with the client, ensuring timely issue resolution.
Regularly report to the clients IT section and handle logistical and operational tasks.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, networking, and LAN issues, including handling complex configurations in firewalls, switches, and other network components.
Assist with managing IT tickets and escalating complex issues to senior engineers if necessary. Experience in ITSM system.
Perform routine maintenance on servers, networks, and other critical infrastructures also ensure timely software updates and system updates.
Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights in various systems.
Support the deployment, integration, and maintenance of new systems and technologies and assist in managing cloud environment (AWS/ Google Cloud / Azure).
Collaborate with cross functional teams to support IT Projects and ensure smooth rollout of new solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation, system configuration and troubleshoot procedures.
Provide regular reports to management on system performance, support tickets and potential areas of the environment.
Create user guides, FAQs and technical documentation to support end-users.
Skills: -
1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
CCNA/ITIL certification will be given a priority.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across various IT devices and systems.
Equipped with necessary certifications and experience in hardware, software, printers, and Network, overall IT devices and systems.
Proficiency in various operating systems e.g. Windows, mac OS, Linux etc.
Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS etc.) and hardware (router, switches, firewalls).
Experience in ticking systems like Jira, Service Now or similar tools.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
